CP373 is a special computer science course. We do not learn the programming or computer language. We learn the computer morality. We discuss on lecture and combine my idea on the personal assignment. Every week we write blog to summary each unit. The preview quiz may help you to get an introduction of each topic. All of the construction is very reasonable to make you identify the topic.
To view all of my blogs, the top three topics impress me is “Snowden: Hero or Traitor”, “Should Anonymous Comments be Allowed” and “why pornography should be regulated” This three topics each is international event, common online problem and online pornography issue. The popular problem for teenages, government and normal net users. The big range and easy to see these happen. We think about the ethical aspect and self-check these problem whether in our personality.
I hope to drop the topic of Values and Conflict because in that lecture I am shy to ask for a partner work with me. This make me feel alone.
If I may add two topic, I hope those are online ethical chart and fair game rule. Because I usually meet the player which are trash talking and using third-party software. That make people very cheesed.
Blog is an impressed assignment. It records our idea and knowledge. I hope it will be keeping in every term. This is a very computer science style assignment.
The points systems also make students avoid what they not like or not good. It is a great system.
This course impress me so much. It is not a traditional course, it taught me how to be ethical programmer.
